I was having some issues with my old car and went to try to get it fixed because I didn’t have as much as I wanted saved for a brand new one and my credit is good, but I haven’t had it long. I knew my old car was about done I paid $2500 for it a year ago and it was just going to cost way too much to fix, so not only did Rick Rowman help me, but David Abercrombie!! They went above and beyond for me to find something I loved, was reliable, and affordable. I had never been on a lot before, so I had no idea what I was doing, but they patiently, willfully, and happily did everything they could for me and to explain everything to the best of their ability! I can’t thank you guys enough for all you did for me!! Excited for the many years to have in my brand new, 2025 Chevy Trax!! 10/10 would recommend West Chevrolet. 10/10 recommend going and seeing David Abercrombie or Rick Rowman for any car needs!!

One of the best places to buy a truck in East Tennessee. They are very helpful and knowledgeable . No pressure sells tactics. they just make you feel good about being there and buy a truck from them. West did a great job servicing my 2024 Colorado. Even though I was early for my appointment, West took the vehicle in, and took time to discuss what was going to be done and asked if I had questions.
